What LLM API key do I need?

You can use LunoGen Credits (pay-as-you-go, no key needed) or bring your own API key from OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or others. We never store or use your keys for anything else.

How do I connect WhatsApp?

Two options: (1) QR Code — select WhatsApp in the wizard and scan the QR code with your phone, just like WhatsApp Web. No API keys needed. (2) Cloud API — enter your Meta Business credentials for production-grade delivery with webhook verification.

Can I integrate via webhook or WebSocket?

Yes! Every agent gets its own HTTPS webhook URL and WebSocket endpoint. POST JSON to the webhook for request/response, or connect via WSS for real-time token streaming. Perfect for building custom chat UIs or backend integrations.

Is my data secure?

Each agent runs in an isolated container with its own filesystem. Your API keys are encrypted at rest. No one — including us — can access your agent's conversations or data.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, cancel your subscription at any time. Your agent will keep running until the end of your billing period. You can export your data before it stops.

What happens if my agent crashes?

We automatically detect crashes and restart your agent. You'll get a notification if something goes wrong. You can also check the health status and logs from your dashboard.
