1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LunoGen ("the Service"), operated by LunoGen ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LunoGen is a cloud platform that enables users to create, deploy, and manage autonomous AI agents. Each agent runs in an isolated virtual machine (powered by LunoEdge) with the LunoGen runtime. Agents can connect to messaging channels including WhatsApp and Webhook.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Generate, distribute, or facilitate spam, phishing, or malware
Impersonate others or create agents that mislead users about their AI nature
Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' agents or data
Use agents for cryptocurrency mining or other resource-abusive activities
Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or credit restrictions

5. AI Models & Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI model providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others) via OpenRouter. Your use of AI models is subject to the respective provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for the output generated by AI models.

6. Credits & Billing

LunoGen offers a credit-based billing system. Credits are consumed based on AI model usage (tokens processed). Credit balances are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Users who bring their own API keys are responsible for charges incurred with those providers.

7. Agent Sandboxing & Security

Each agent runs in an isolated LunoEdge VM. While we implement security measures including resource limits, forbidden paths, and audit logging, you acknowledge that AI agents may produce unexpected outputs or behaviors. You are responsible for monitoring your agents and their interactions with end users.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, including agent configurations, skills, and tools. The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of LunoGen. LunoGen is an open-source runtime licensed under MIT and Apache 2.0.

9. Data & Content

You are solely responsible for the data processed by your agents. We may store agent configurations, conversation logs, and usage metrics to operate the Service. We do not use your agent conversations to train AI models. You may delete your data by deleting your agents or account.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUNOGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
