5. Third-Party Services

- OpenRouter — Routes AI model requests. Your prompts are sent to the selected AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) subject to their privacy policies.
- Google OAuth — For authentication. We receive your name, email, and profile picture.
- Stripe — For payment processing. We do not store credit card details.
- Messaging Platforms — When you connect channels (WhatsApp, Webhook, etc.), messages are routed through those platforms' APIs.
6. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS). We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3)
- Isolated VM sandboxes per agent (LunoEdge)
- API key encryption and secure credential storage
- Role-based access controls
- Regular security audits
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete an agent, its configuration and conversation data are permanently removed within 30 days. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your agent configurations
- Withdraw consent by closing your account
- Object to data processing by contacting us
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
