Route every Intercom conversation through an AI agent on WhatsApp

Customer Support

What is Intercom?

Intercom is the leading conversational support platform, used by product-led companies to talk to customers in real time. The LunoGen Intercom integration connects your AI agent to the Intercom REST API, letting it watch every inbox, classify intent, assign teammates, post internal notes, and summarize conversation health on WhatsApp — without anyone staying glued to the Intercom inbox.

Why connect Intercom?

Product support teams are constantly switching between Intercom tabs: Team inbox, Sales inbox, VIP inbox, and then Slack, and then email. Nothing is in one place. LunoGen reads every new Intercom conversation, detects intent, routes it to the right inbox, and pushes just the signal — new high-priority chats, stuck conversations, and unhappy customers — to WhatsApp, so your team can respond from anywhere.

What you can do

  • Instant new conversation alerts from any Intercom inbox
  • AI intent detection for routing to sales, billing, or support
  • Automatic tagging of conversations based on content
  • Response time monitoring with escalation rules
  • Daily conversation digest by inbox and teammate
  • Customer health alerts driven by negative CSAT signals
  • Automated qualifying messages for new leads
  • VIP customer detection based on Intercom attributes
  • Macro-style saved reply triggering from WhatsApp
  • Conversation-to-ticket conversion with full context
