Search, share, and organize Drive files from WhatsApp with an AI agent
Google Drive is the cloud storage layer for Google Workspace, hosting billions of documents, spreadsheets, slides, and shared files. In LunoGen, open Credentials → New → Google Drive and click 'Connect with Google'.
Grant read and write access to Drive files. If you use a shared drive, enable the 'drive.readonly' scope for the whole drive.
Tell the agent which folders or shared drives to monitor for upload notifications and digests.
Choose the default share-link access level (view, comment, edit) and whether links require sign-in.
Pick the time of day the agent should push the file activity digest to WhatsApp (default: 6:00 PM).
The agent watches your Drive change feed and posts a WhatsApp alert whenever a new file is added to a monitored folder — with the file name, type, owner, and a one-click share link.
