What is Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is a sales-first CRM used by more than 100,000 small and mid-size businesses to manage Deals, Contacts, Organizations, and Activities through a visual Pipeline view. The LunoGen Pipedrive integration connects your AI agent to the Pipedrive API v1/v2 so it can read and write any Deal, Activity, or Custom Field — from WhatsApp messages, inbound webhooks, or cron jobs.

Setup

Requirements

  • A Pipedrive account (Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power, or Enterprise)
  • Admin access to generate an API token
  • A LunoGen account with at least the Pro plan

    Get your Pipedrive API token

    In Pipedrive, click your avatar → Personal preferences → API tab. Copy the personal API token.

    Find your company domain

    Your Pipedrive URL looks like https://yourcompany.pipedrive.com. Note 'yourcompany' — LunoGen needs it to route API calls.

    Add credentials in LunoGen

    In LunoGen → Credentials → New → Pipedrive. Paste the API token and company domain. Click Test Connection.

    Configure webhooks (optional)

    In Pipedrive → Tools and apps → Webhooks → Create new webhook. Point it to your LunoGen webhook URL and choose events like 'updated.deal' or 'added.activity'.
