The LunoGen ActiveCampaign integration connects your AI agent to the ActiveCampaign API v3 so it can read and write Contacts, Deals, Tags, Automations, Lists, and Campaigns — from WhatsApp messages, webhooks, or scheduled cron jobs.
ActiveCampaign is powerful because it blends marketing and CRM, but that also makes it overwhelming. Marketers want to know if Automations are converting, sales reps want Deal updates without opening another tab, and founders want a daily lead summary. With LunoGen, every one of those becomes a WhatsApp conversation. The agent scores Contacts, moves Deals, tags Contacts for segmentation, and reports on Campaigns — all without opening ActiveCampaign.
In ActiveCampaign, go to Settings → Developer. Copy your API URL (e.g. https://youraccount.api-us1.com) and your API Key.
In LunoGen → Credentials → New → ActiveCampaign. Paste the API URL and API Key, then click Test Connection.
Go to Settings → Webhooks → Add. Point to your LunoGen webhook URL and choose events like contact_tag_added, deal_add, automation_enter.
Create a mapping of common Tag names (e.g. 'vip', 'churn-risk') so you can apply them via natural language from WhatsApp.
When any ActiveCampaign Contact crosses a score threshold, the agent alerts you on WhatsApp with the contact's history and suggested next step.
